1. Acceptance

By accessing 3tej.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These terms apply to everyone - visitors, users, and content embedders.

2. License to use the Site

3Tej grants you a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to access the calculators and other tools for any personal or commercial purpose, subject to these terms. You may:

• Use the calculators to run as many calculations as you need.
• Share links to specific tools and pages.
• Quote results in your own work (a credit to 3Tej is appreciated but not required).
• Embed individual tools where we provide an embed option.

Editorial content, calculator copy, blog posts, and explanatory text on 3Tej are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence unless explicitly noted otherwise. Attribute "3Tej" with a link back to the source page.

Source code, where we have published it (e.g. snippets in blog posts), is provided under the MIT licence unless otherwise stated. Brand assets - logo, name, and likeness - are not covered by CC and remain reserved.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download the entire Site for purposes of substituting it.
• Reverse-engineer the Site to extract any proprietary library, model, or trade-secret-protected logic.
• Use the Site to commit fraud, deceive, or otherwise harm a third party.
• Misrepresent 3Tej as the source of advice it does not provide (e.g. "3Tej recommends...").
• Use the Site in a way that materially burdens or disrupts our infrastructure (this includes uncontrolled automated traffic; if you need a bulk integration, contact us for an API or licensing arrangement).

4. Accuracy of calculations

We make every reasonable effort to keep calculators accurate against current law and standard formulas (see our editorial process). However:

• Tax law, statutory rates, contribution limits, and exchange rates change frequently. We update where we can; we are not obliged to keep every figure current within a fixed window.
• Numerous calculations involve assumptions (e.g. compounding frequency, rounding) that may differ from your specific scenario.
• Calculator outputs are estimates for planning purposes, not authoritative figures for filing, reporting, or audit purposes.

Verify critical numbers - e.g. tax payable on a return, mortgage payment in a contract, medication dose - with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before acting.

5. No professional advice

Nothing on 3Tej constitutes financial, tax, legal, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. The calculators are general-purpose tools. The blog and explanatory copy are educational. We are not your accountant, lawyer, doctor, or financial advisor. Consult a licensed professional before making decisions that materially affect your finances, taxes, health, or legal standing.

6. As-is, no warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Tej disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Tej, its operators, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or opportunity, even if advised of the possibility. Our cumulative liability for any direct damages will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (typically zero) or USD 100.
